Tile Color Pallette

This is kinda of like the color palette that is in the system already. You lay your tiles and then click on it and you can choose possibly (tint) and the color palette pops up to allow alternating the actual color (2 tones) on the tile or tiles if group. This could be an alternative to the Re-Skinning Idea.
